Becoming a better presenter, public speaker or communicator needn't be a complicated or expensive business.

Most of us are not giving TED talks or making presidential addresses, but would like to feel more confident and more in control in certain situations, and with the right approach and guidance there's no reason why this should be out of reach.

Our starting point

Before rushing to 'fix' anything, we begin by bringing curiosity and space to your current experience of presenting or the communication situation you would like to look at.

What’s it like? What's ok, or even good about it, and what specifically would you like to be different?

Whilst most of us have got used to ‘making do’ when it come to the challenges we face in the realm of presenting and communication, this is an opportunity to really share and explore your experience, and perhaps ask yourself an important question: what's really in the way?

What sort of presenter or communicator do you want to be?

Our next stop is to look at what it is you want for yourself, as a presenter, as a communicator, and equip you accordingly.

Not to overload you with tips and techniques, or leave you looking like you've been on a course, but to help you find one or two key things that really unlock the experience for you.

The ability to take your time more. To say things once in a way that really land. To feel more present and grounded.

The practicalities of communication

And finally, we mustn’t forget the easy wins that are often available in the less glamourous practicalities.

Think of all the factors and things surrounding a presentation, speech, or meeting. The communications before and after it, the timings, the setting, the visual aids you use...even where you are physically in relation to other people.

All these things represent opportunities to shape the experience for you and your audience and deserve more attention than they normally get.

A practical and human approach to presentation and communication skills coaching.
